Customer service was rude and not helpful never gonna use this store. Or buy Kobalt tools life time warranty is a joke rachet is 3 years old. Very unhappy with service and tools

The staff is very helpful throughout the store. I have had many questions answered in a respected way. However, the front customer service desk is chaotic, they are short with answers and always seem to be rushing around.
